What can I expect in my Cuddle Critter Mystery Scoop Box?

Each scoop includes 15-20 various critter themed items (you can see full list of possible prizes above). We also offer some Extra Special gifts that can be purchased with multiple scoop orders. Scoops are completely random and decided by the beads that are chosen at the time.

Can I get a specific critter themed box?

Unfortunately, at this time we are not doing specific critter themes, but if you have any favorites or ones you'd like us to avoid; please provide that in your order's notes! We do offer a lot of different fun critters, you can see the full list above.

Where do I leave a note on my order?

There will be a note section in your shopping cart area. Please put any requests or information you'd like to include there! Please contact us if you have any issues finding this section.

How long will my order take?

We aim to get all regular orders packaged and shipped within 7-10 days of payment. If a packing video was added, please allow for at least 10-15 days for packing and shipment. We will try to get your video posted 7-14 days after payment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but we are starting out a bit small! We are based in the United States, but we do ship to a few countries worldwide. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout and will vary by location.
